The
Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning’ (MINECOFIN) invites qualified
bidders to submit bids for the above mentioned tender as indicated in detail in
the statement of Requirements.

Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the
contract for whi41 this Bidding Document is issued. Tender Document in English
may be obtained from MINECOFIN-SPIU Procurement office upon presentation of
proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Rwandan Francs
(5,000Frw) to Account N° 120 0046 opened at National bank-of Rwanda.
