Reporting
to the Senior Engineer –WiMAX, the Engineer WiMAX shall be responsible for the
optimisation performance improvement and troubleshooting of the WiMAX Network,
ensuring that the services are available with appropriate resources

Design WiMAX network
considering the applications and the fundamentals of RF along with the RF
design considerations of WiMax, Plan and implement WimAX Link Budget, Assess
and report the performance of the WiMAX Network, Detect and troubleshoot WiMAX
problems on time

Bachelors Degree or
Diploma in Telecommunications/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Minimum 1 yr
of experience working on WimAX Planning and Optimisation, Demonstrate an
understanding of WiMAX path loss modelling, Antenna diversity techniques and
types of MIMO systems
