PURPOSE

The
Signature Programme Director is accountable for maintaining overall leadership,
coordination and oversight to the Rwanda Education Signature Programme, which
is a $ 11,000,000 Programme over 5 years. The Education Signature Programme
focus is the provision of a continuum of services for children aged 0 – 9 with
the aim to support early grade literacy. As a member of the Rwanda Country
Office Senior Management Team in Rwanda, the Signature Programme Director is
responsible for overseeing the implementation of a high quality, innovative
programme and monitoring the quality of its implementation. This includes
ultimate oversight of the management of the Gicumbi sub office, with
departmental oversight remaining with the relevant heads of department.
