Demonstrated
experience overseeing a monitoring, evaluation, an dlearning system for a large
development project, This includes the ability to provide technical guidance to
such a system, implement it, provide meaningful reports on data, and answer
research questions based on the data. Applicant must have experience in
data collection and processing methodologies and data quality. Desired
proficiency in one or more local languages
