We
are seeking to appoint a dedicated Reliability Analyst to join our Maritime
business. This key role will be based at our Rockingham office and will be
offered on a 10 month fixed term, full time basis
As
the Reliability Analyst, you will be responsible for:
• Reviewing historical maintenance, costing and inventory data in support
of all ANZAC Class systems and components. Assisting in effecting the safe
operation to support the performance of the ANZAC Class to assist in the engineering
decision making process and facilitate asset management principles within the
Class.
• Conducting reliability analysis utilising Commonwealth Reliability
Availability Maintainability Analysis and Asset Management tools to identify
and action issues that arise
• Providing analysis results in response to stakeholder queries and
conducting broad investigations to identify reliability issues
• Analysing, interrogating, manipulating and reporting reliability data in
accordance with project and Defence reporting requirements. This will include
contributing to periodic reports, including responding to and the production of
special reports and investigations
• Monitoring mission system performance through the identification of
reliability elements and performance metrics, the collection of reliability
data, performing Materiel support evaluation and performing predictive
modelling
• Assisting with the preparation of business cases for Commonwealth
consideration of options to manage obsolescence
• Influencing data systems to improve reliability data collection
• Interrogating data systems to obtain system and equipment reliability
data for ongoing logistic support analysis
As
the ideal applicant, you will have:
• Extensive experience in a reliability/supportability analyst,
engineering, platform mechanical systems or integrated logistics support
environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Profficient with the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities to deliver against internal
and external stakeholder requirements

Whilst not essential, experience within the maritime industry will be highly
regarded.

As
Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be
Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
International
Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable and as such, your nationality
may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
