Consultant
Toll People, a
division of the Toll Group is responsible for the recruitment and placement of
temporary and permanent candidates throughout the Toll Group and external
marketplace. Toll People is considered as a specialist recruiter in the Supply
Chain space including Warehouse, Logistics and Transport entry level to senior
management placements. Currently Toll People have 17 branches operating
nationally and employ
in excess of 4,500 casual staff on a daily basis.
An exciting position
is now available with one of our partnered divisions as a Senior Transition
Consultant. The role of a Senior Transition Consultant is to manage the service
requirements and performance outcomes of providers and suppliers involved in
the provision of removal services.
Skills
essential for this position are:
- Previous
customer service experience and/or Account Management - Well-developed
data entry and computer skills - Experience
in working in a fast paced environment - Capacity
to work with service and financial-related KPI’s - Problem-solving/conflict
resolution skills - A Full
valid Driver’s licence
The
successful candidate will possess the below attributes:

Some overnight
travel maybe required as a part of this position.
