Reporting to the manager, the
successfully candidate will be responsible for :
• Optimization and stimulation of
sales in the shop
• Customer services at the counter
• Handling of customer enquiries per telephone, fax
and email
• Handling quotations for individual customers
• Applying the company’s customer ser
vice policy at
all levels
• Processing of new and interbranch stock
• Customer service and processing of customer
enquiries at the pay point
• Maintaining the administrative process
• Applying the company’s’ stock control policy
• Performing cashier duties
Requirements
• A BGCSE
• Computer literacy in MS office suite(esp outlook)
• Good communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
• Proficiency in English
• Previous experience in an academic bookstore environment(will serve as a
strong recommendation)
• Good administration and interpersonal skills
• The ability to function under pressure
