5.OFFICE ASSISTANT

5.1.Job Summary

To perform a wide variety of
clerical duties such as filing, processing of invoices for payment, checking
and recording information as part of office support services required to ensure
quality administrative services.

5.2.Qualifications, Experie
nce
and Attributes

•BGCSE plus a Certificate in
general office administration or management or related fields, with relevant
in-service training in general office administration.
•A minimum of one (1) year experience in and administrative support
environment.
•The successful candidate must have knowledge of office procedures, ability to
operate office machines, good interpersonal and communication skills and
exceptional organisational skills.
