The Position:
As part of the team in our busy Gas & Gear store in Townsville, you will be
responsible for promoting our full range of gases, welding and safety
equipment. This is a high-paced and varied role that will see you gain experience
in all aspects of the Gas & Gear including retail counter sales,
warehousing and distribution. Your duties will include:

- Creating and maintaining a professional
environment to enhance the customer experience - Proactively growing our market share across all
product groups - Contributing to local and national marketing
initiatives - Managing warehouse and distribution activities
- Servicing a wide range of customers (from
individual operators to large businesses) - Maintaining a strong commitment to Health &
Safety
The Profile:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a
can-do attitude – someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and is
capable of multi-tasking. Computer literacy, clear communication and a
willingness to learn are required for this role. Knowledge of industrial
products and sales experience will be an advantage, but we will provide
training.
