Matindi FM is a
relatively new established Radio station under the Matindi Group of companies
with credibility, and sound business leadership. Our internal analysis of the
business offers significant quantities of strengths founded on 2 years of
experience of media excellence and vast experience in Educating the whole
person. Matindi FM is focusing on getting the most attractive and unique
personalities that will always position us as trend-setters in the world of fashion. Our target is to appeal to a
highly segmented
mass market for listenership and specific for the media buyers through viewer
profiling and targeting. We intend to deliver the most preferred Radio
listening experience in Malawi and beyond built on quality and exciting content
while delivering highly differentiated content and programming that will act as
the competitive tool covering areas such as up to date News and Current
Affairs, Edutainment, Religion and Sports.
Matindi FM therefore is inviting applications for:
a) Head of News and Current Affairs( based in
Blantyre) with experience in Media preferably Radio,a First degree in
journalism. Main duties are to head the section across the country etc.
b) Radio Presenters- With wide experience, be able
to produce and present bilingual programmes/be an all rounder, Hard working.
c)Sales and Marketing Officer( Based in Lilongwe)
with experience in media preferably and must have a minimum of a Diploma in
Business administration/Journalism, Valid drivers licence,be able to write proposals,
meet set targets and Manage the Sales Office in Lilongwe as well as Northern
Region.
d) Sales and Marketing Executives(2)-Based in
Blantyre and one in Mzuzu with experience in media, be able to meet set
targets. Must have a minimum of Diploma in Business
administration/Marketing/Journalism.
e) Reporter( Based in Blantyre,Lilongwe,Mzuzu).
Note that all these
have an attractive remuneration depending on experience and qualification.
