Savings, Current accounts, Loans, Money transfer services and Bills payments to
its target market which comprises of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs,
salary earners and youth.

needs of its growing customer base, the company is seeking to recruit
Job Summary: The Learning and Growth Advisor
will plan, coordinate and deliver training courses within the FTB training
programme in order to improve the knowledge, skills & attitudes of staff.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • Carry out regular training needs assessments and recommend
    appropriate training interventions.
  • Develop the annual training calendar and generate training budget
    for management approval.
  • Make sure that all training programs are executed on time and
    within the agreed budget.
  • Carry out orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for
    new hires.
  • Design and update training materials.
  • Actively coordinate workshops, seminars, and courses.
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of trainings programs delivered,
    providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Carry out training in specialized areas.
  • Generate development programs that support career development
    programs.
  • Implement succession planning strategies to minimize impacts of
    staff turnover.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience: 
  • The candidate should possess a Bachelors degree in Human Resource
    Management, Humanitarian Studies, Social Sciences, Education, Business
    Studies or any other related discipline from a recognized university.
  • Professional certificate in Train the Trainer Course or any other
    post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management will be an added
    advantage.
  • At least six (6) years working experience gained from a human
    resource position with at least two years of training experience in
    commercial banking.
  • Good knowledge of training delivery methods.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of the Banking and Credit policies will be an
    added advantage.
  • Possess the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to frequently travel across branch network for training
