The Higher Education Students’ Loans Board is looking for a Manager IT
Systems Audit And Fraud Investigation 1 POST (SYSTEMS AUDIT, FRAUD &
INVESTIGATION) (HESLB SCALE 10) in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
Deadline: 29th August 2014
Terms: This is a Permanent, Full time Job
Duties: Develop Annual Audit plan and Budget for the division on Systems
and Investigation; develop Individual Audit Program relating to investigation
on
fraud issues; conduct audit of Controls relating to all HESLB ICT activities;
conduct audit of Computerized Operating Systems Accounts;
Education: Holder of Postgraduate Degr
ee in Accountancy and knowledge
Information Communication- Technology and has obtained the Certified Public
Accountancy Professional Certificate or equivalent qualification recognized by
NBAA.
Experience: At least five (5) years work experience at Senior Position in a
reputable organization
Age Limit: Maximum age is 40 years at next Birth day.
