Lusty Industries Pty Ltd is a fast paced growing National Distribution Company
that supplies the Action Sports Industries Australia Wide.

A Vacancy exists for an experienced, motivated and self-reliant individual to
manage the majority of the administration facets of the business in the absence
of our current Administration manager. The full duration of employment is 8
months in total with a training period of 2 months starting September 1st,
2014. There is a possibility for future long term e

mployment for the right
candidate after this relief period expires.

Some of the key duties of this position but are not limited to:

– Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts
– Assist managing director with Accounts Payable in both Australian and
International currencies
– Updating and maintaining a high level of discipline with AP and AR
– Working to a strict timeline with AR and understanding customer needs
– Experience with Pronto Software System
– Good understanding of End of Month and General Ledger procedures
– Asset management costing and maintenance
– Creating reports for AR and AP
– Weekly time sheet processing
– General administrative tasks including word processing, filing, photocopying,
faxing, mail and email
– Prepare various documents, reports and correspondence
– Liaising with clients via phone and email
– Bookkeeping including data entry, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts
payable and accounts reconciliation
– Customer service
– Receive and make in-bound and out-bound sales inquiries
– Assist with warehouse inventory management and freight logistics

Some essential criteria to be selected for the position will include but are
not limited to;

– Demonstrated experience in a similar role
– Certificate III in Business Admin
– Demonstrated ability to work unassisted
– Demonstrated ability to be prompt & reliable
– A keen eye for detail
– Demonstrated experience in being able to handle multiple tasks at once
– Demonstrated experience of great customer service and time management skills
– Demonstrated experience in outstanding communication skills both written and
oral

You will need to be someone who is able to work independently and willing to
roll your sleeves up to get the job done. You will be part of a small

attitude and enthusiasm to get the job done while having a laugh along the way.

Remuneration will be above the current applicable award and reflect previous
demonstrated experience and qualifications.
