Your key responsibilities will include (but not
limited to):

Management of all aspects of food and beverage service
in house and online

Food ordering – approvals, stock levels, quality
management, price control, supplier engagement and terms

Rosters – holidays, weekend

Staff management – uniforms,
Product – sourcing, budgeting costs, quality
Merchandise – sourcing, budgeting, sales
Café cleanliness – cleaning audits
Menu consistency – pre-packaged meals, café menu
Budgets and forecasting – wages, income, expenses
Customer service – complaints
Implement policies and procedures
Implementation of operation standards and procedures
Co-ordinating and uploading social media content
You will possess the following qualities :
Exceptional customer service, time management and
people management skills

Minimum 3 year’s experience as a café manager &
barista experience

A passion for fresh, seasonal produce
Is health conscious and has an understanding of the
benefits of organic produce

Sound knowledge of food and safety regulations
Excellent communication and team building skills
Computer literate and social media savvy
Attention to detail, good communication skills and
enthusiasm are the key qualities to be the ideal candidate for this
