dynamic Accounts professional to fill the Group Finance Manager Role:

Duties include :-
- Management of the day to day finance function
for the business - .Preparation and presentation of Monthly
financial results to Group Commercial Manager/ /Board Members - Review and maintenance of all related company
balance sheet reconciliations - Effective management of business cash-flow and
treasury function, including hands-on debtor management as and when
required - Weekly, monthly and annual management and
financial reporting - Management of fortnightly wages process,
including completion of all required statutory lodgements - Management and development of the Group
Finance team - Preparation of
budgeting/forecasting information and budget analysis - Provision of financial advice and
analysis of key results and variances - Managing property leases and maintaining
Contracts Register - Management and development of Group
Finance staff
To be considered for this role you should
demonstrate strengths in the following areas:

- are a team oriented Accounting professional
with a CA/CPA qualification, or nearing same - have 3+ years previous experience in a
Finance Manager position that encompasses varied financial duties,
responsibilities and staff management. - are committed to creating a positive working
environment and managing or training team members with various
skills and experience - Good time management and organizational skills
- Team player
- Willingness to learn and develop within the
organisation - Previous Experience with ICE Financial
Accounting package a distinct advantage
