manager.

As the assistant manager you will report directly
to the manager and be responsible for ordering, stocktake, wage costs, staff
mentoring and training as well as monitoring the performance and financial
management of the café.

To be successful in this role you must:
- Have a can do attitude coupled with
excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar
role - High level of customer service skills
- The ability to monitor and update social media
options as well as initiate and attract new business - Stock control and ordering experience
- Have full time availability including some
weekends - Have experience in the training and
development of staff - Have an AMAZING attitude – outgoing, vital,
vibrant, honest, energetic and values customer satisfaction above all else - Be willing to research, learn and stay up to
date with happenings within the Paleo Lifestyle
