You will join a team responsible for the effective
and efficient management and co-ordination of all operational departments of
the hotel and the promotion of efficiency, professionalism and hospitality in

* Proven experience in similar role
* Basic knowledge of hotel operations including
Bar, Bottle Shop, Food, Gaming, TAB & Nightclub.

* Cash handling/reconciliation skills
* Basic computer skills
* Marketing experience
* Flexible availabilities including
nights/weekends/public holidays as required

* Current Gaming License, RSA, RSG, RSF
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a
