1.
Production Supervisor -2 position
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Attend all production flow activities on
    given shift
  • Implement all productiaftpjat1,0Pgi
  • Manpower handling for production support
    staff and work distribution
  • Follow up all cleaning, filling of check
    lists and other activities as per GMP, SOP SSOP, HACCP and implementing
    of ISO 22000:2005
  • Fill in properly the daily report on all
    filling and packing lines
  • Follow up on of filling and packing ‘machines
    cleaning of entire plant in coordination with QC department
  • Day to day issuing/receiving of raw
    materials, packing materials etc from production stores
  • Ensure that the quality of our products and
    production meet and exceed our customers’ expectations
  • Ensure that your Key Performance Indicators
    (KPI) targets are met to satisfy both internal and external customers.
    Key to this will be the efficient utilization of labor, materials,
    machines and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure that the plant comply with Good
    Manufacturing Practices, occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety and
    Environmental Legislation.
  • Ensure online process control parameter are
    within specifications and that any deviations are reported and with
    timely Corrective Action Plan’s,
  • Performing any other duties assigned to you
    by your superior or other mandated authorities.

AUTOMATION TECHNICIANS —2 Positions 
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will be answerable to the automation
    Engineer.
  • You will ensure that your Key Performance
    Indicators (KPI’s) targets are Met as per the set and agreed objectives.
  • Ensure 100% compliance to the documented
    Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on all equipment as per the ISO
    22000:2005 Standard.
  • Carry out inspections all electrical,
    electronic equipments to ensure they are maintained preventively.
  • You’ll be participating in daily, weekly
    preventive maintenance to reduce downtime of machines or laboratory
    electronic equipments.
  • With the help of the automation engineer
    you’ll make regular backups of the programmable logic controllers, CF
    cards of process recorders and set up all the parameters to ensure
    better performance.
  • You’ll ensure technical assistance to
    operator technicians doing the necessary adjustments on start up of the
    machines before production to minimise stoppages during production.
  • You’ll ensure technical assistance to
    operator technicians and monitor stoppages of the production lines
    during production,
  • Intervene in troubleshooting on electrical
    equipment where necessary and repair when required.
  • You’ll have to perform the duties of
    calibration of measuring equipments and regulating equipments, and set
    up the milk dispensers.

  • You’ll be in charge of daily preventive
    maintenance especially on Domino inkjet printers.

    condition all the measuring equipments and tools of the factory at your
    disposal
  • Suggest and execute the new electrical
    design, cabling and installations, to improve efficiency, safety or cost
    reduction in the plant processing.
  • You’ll be requested to minimize as
    much as possible the replacement of electrical or electronic components
    to minimize maintenance cost and report the need of critical parts to
    order.
  • Participate in the implementation of the
    weekly plan. This will include other duties related to your field as may
    be assigned by the automation Engineer or ‘his designate.
REQUIREMENTS
  • A University degree / diploma in
    Electronics, electrical or computer engineering from recognized
    University. A background of secondary in electrical is highly
    recommended.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience working in
    related field.
  • Computer literate more especially computer
    programming and computer networking
  • Proven electronics skills, PLC experience is
    a plus.
  • Fluency in English or French with working
    knowledge of the other.
  • Must be results oriented, able to work to
    strict deadlines under minimum supervision.
  • Self motivated and a good team player.

    experience in industries or FMCG (Fast Moving consumer goods)
    environment will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCED ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN – 2 Positions 
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will be answerable M the electrical
    Engineer.
  • You will ensure that your Key Performance
    Indicators (KPfs) targets are met as per the set and agreed objectives.
  • Ensure 100% compliance to the documented
    Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on all equipment as per the ISO
    22000:2005 Standard.
  • You’ll be in charge of inspections all
    electrical equipments including power distribution boards to ensure they
    are maintained preventively.
  • You’ll be inspecting the electrical supply
    installations of the factory including lighting.
  • You’ll be participating in daily, weekly
    preventive maintenance to reduce downtime of machines or laboratory
    electrical equipments.
  • With the help of the electrical engineer
    you’ll make the necessary repair and maintenance of the power factor
    correction system.
  • You’ll ensure technical assistance in the
    factory by troubleshooting and repairing electrical breakdowns on
    motors, pumps, power circuit breakers.
  • Among your duties you’ll check the factory
    electrical safeties and fire fighting equipments if they are working in
    standard conditions. Report any non conformity with the safeties
    standards.
  • Replace bearings and check motors to be
    maintained, solve electrical problems on time to minimize the
    maintenance cost. If there is no solution at your level you’ll be
    requested to report it on time.

    maintenance.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will be answerable to the Mechanical
    Engineer.
  • You will ensure that your Key Performance
    Indicators (KPI’s) targets are met as per the set and agreed objectives.
  • Ensure 100% compliance to the documented
    Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on all equipment as per the ISO
    22000:2005 Standard.
  • You’ll be in charge of all mechanical
    inspections to ensure equipments are maintained preventively.
  • You’ll be participating in daily, weekly
    preventive maintenance to reduce downtime of machines and ensure better
    performance of the machines.
  • With the help of the mechanical engineer
    you’ll make the necessary adjustments to ensure the machines will run
    production smoothly.
  • You’ll ensure technical assistance to
    operator technicians by doing the necessary adjustments on start up of
    the machines before production to minimize stoppages during production.
  • You’ll ensure technical assistance to

5. JOB
TITLE: ESTATE MANAGER Position 1
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You will be responsible and answerable to
    the technical Manager.
  • You will be the in-charge of Estate
    Maintenance functions in the plant to ensure equipment availability and
    care to satisfy safety and health standards. This will include other
    duties as may be assigned by the Technical Manager or his designate::
  • You will ensure that your Key Performance-Indicators
    (KPI’s) targets are Met as per the set and agreed objectives.
  • Ensure 100% compliance to the documented
    Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on all equipments as per the ISO
    22000:2005 Standard.
  • Development of daily, weekly and monthly
    KPI’s progress reports to Technical Department.
  • Implementation of maintenance schedules.
  • Preparing daily activities report,
  • Monthly monitoring and control of the
    building maintenance expenditures against budget.
  • Keep all the floor, drainage system and
    aseptic tanks in safety conditions
  • Request, repair or replace any lights,
    doors, windows, fire safety and any other damaged parts to the building.
  • Prepare and supervise all civil works
    projects and ensuring all the work has finished in agreed time.
  • Make sure that all the plant lighting is in
    good condition.
  • Check for the plant electrical protection
    system (earthling, lighting, …)
  • Management of construction equipments used
    in store and provide their availability accordingly,
REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have Degree in Civil Engineering and
    experience of 3 years working experience in this field
  • Must be able to communicate with multiple
    parties with multiple personalities about multiple projects in a clear
    and effective way.
  • Be a motivated self-starter, but also a good
    collaborator.
  • Be extremely organized with extraordinary
    problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and having the ability
    to manage your time is critical.
  • You must be able to meet deadlines.
6. DR
Officer for Training and Development
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify staff training needs on basis of
    their PDP, line managers0 requests, and company objectives.
  • Develop organizational performance culture.
  • Elaborate and manage annual training plan,
    relevant annual budget and ensure monthly follow up.
  • Source training institutions relevant to
    annual training plan and elaborate their database for future reference.
  • Conduct regular training evaluation to see
    its impact on individual performance and company objective.
  • Elaborate all job description and jobs
    profiles showing the competence and skills requirements for each job.
  • Manage and administer staff appraisal by
    developing KPI in collaboration with their respective managers.
  • Prepare a new staff induction program
    including all aspects of the business and manage it.
  • Carry out all administrative activities
    related to external training, (Invoice, payment.
    accommodation, Internal and travel requisitions).
  • Assist the HR Manage r in elaborating
    training procedures from training needs analysis to
    evaluation.        ,
  • Elaborate record of courses attended (Title
    of training, Training Center, Place, Name of participants, position of
    students).
  • Keep all training data (Training needs
    forms, Employee Evaluation form, Trainer evaluation records, and
    Manager’s evaluation).
  • Ensure all logistics for local training
    (room, classroom layout, computers, Video machines, Projectors, audio
    visual equipment) are in place and in good condition
  • Elaborate a quarterly report on all internal
    and external training expenses (course, accommodation, transport, per
    dim, ticket)
  • Follow-up the training budget by department
    in order to avoid the overtaking
Qualification and requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, HR
    Management or Public Administration
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal
    skills
  • Ability to explain such that the new
    employees can understand the terminology used in the company and the
    rules and regulations
  • Strong oral and written skills
  • A sound knowledge about the rules and
    regulations of the company in order to answer employee queries
  • Good organization, coordination, management
    and observation skills
