Position : Sales Executives (
One for Uganda and One for Nairobi)

Reporting: Country Manager
Key tasks:
– Gather and prepare clientele database for planning and identifying clients´
needs;
– Prepare visit work plan for clients for optimum utilization of time and
resources;
– Visit, service and build relations with Government organs & Parastatals,
Corporate & Frequent fliers, and Travel Agents & Tour Operators to
maintain loyalty and optimise revenue;
– Achieve sales targets in line with budget for profitability of the airline;
– Prepare, close sales contracts/incentives and deals to key accounts to
generate maximum revenue;
– Promote WB products and services to create awareness and generate sales and
revenue;
– Gather market intelligence to identify threats and opportunities so as to
maintain a competitive edge and generate sales;
– Prepare sales report for management information and performance evaluation
and monitoring
Education and Experience:
– University graduate in sales and marketing or related field
– Recognized IATA certificate or knowledge in rules and regulation of airline
sales reservation and ticketing
– 4 years airline or travel agency experience in sales, marketing or revenue
management
– He/she must be computer literate.
