application letter indicating why the applicant should be selected for the
role and their understanding of the role. The application letter must be
accompanied by a detailed cv, a filled application form available at the
website of the Public Service Commission and at the Ministry of Infrastructure
website, a copy of academic credentials and photocopy of the national
identity card, not later than Friday , 23rd October 2012 at
5:00PM. Applications should be addressed to the Permanent Secretary and
drop off in hard copy to the Ministry of Infrastructure to the central
secretariat. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews.

NB: Initial application deadline was Friday October
12, 2012. The application deadline has been extended to Tuesday October 23,
2012 at 5pm. There is no need to apply again if an application was previously
