Fabulous Administration roles in Real Estate are few and far between at the moment – but here is a brand new opportunity for you to consider…

This position involves supporting a large team of very successful Sales Consultants, at a very busy Real Estate Agency in the Inner South East.

The duties in this role are to process the files of all properties that are listed and sold – so you will be entering listings, vendors etc. into the company database. You will also be sending letters to solicitors & organising settlements etc.

You will also be responsible for the sales trust account, so you will be receipting deposits, releasing deposits and section 27’s. Ideally, you will have had experience with a sales trust, or will have any sort of accounting experience at all.

To be considered for this position, you MUST have worked in Real Estate as a Sales Secretary or Sales Trust Accountant. You must also be very well organised, have amazing attention to detail and enjoy being BUSY! This is an Agency who is very successful and therefore has a huge volume of sales!

***Your Agents Representative qualification is also a bonus, but not necessary***
