Reporting to: Consumer Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
• To be responsible for all the company’s brand communication including both internal and external consumers and customers.
• Consultancy for category and segment managers to develop most efficient business and communication plans.
• Analyze product/service performance and prepare market feedback report- Evaluate process functionality, compile inputs from all areas involved, analyze performance versus blueprint expectations and share findings/recommendations for product/ service/ process.
• Leading all the Company consumer and market understanding research.
• Leading brand financial analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Master degree, preferably in Marketing, Social, Communication.
• At least 3years experience in a similar role.
• Should have good planning and organizational skills.
• Creative and Innovative.
• Self confident and motivated.
• A team player with unquestionable integrity.
