Duties would include:
• managing calendar and scheduling;
• travel arrangements;
• regular expense accounting;
• administrative duties associated with a development firm, potentially including tasks such as general filing, managing applications for LEED, Tarion Home Warranty etc.
• general coordination of staff meetings, strategic planning sessions, board meetings and the like;
• research and report writing capabilities;
• other duties commensurate with experience and interests that would align with the role of an Executive Assistant.
Candidates must possess the following skills and experience:
• experience working as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant;
• highly organized;
• ability to work independently and proactively;
• superior communication skills;
• advanced skills in MS Office, and ability/willingness to work on a mac platform, iphones, ipads and other emerging technologies;
• a passion for sustainability is an asset.
