Tetra Tech DPK seeks qualified senior project and program managers to serve as Chief of Party (COP) on an anticipated USAID funded Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) Program in Rwanda.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years experience as Chief of Party or Chief of Team for HICD or capacity development programs. At least 10 years of HICD, integrated capacity development programing and/or training experience is required
• Must possess a relevant post graduate degree
• Extensive professional work experience in the implementation of USAID Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) model
• Demonstrated successful experience implementing institutional strengthening programs and increasing the capacity of local government institutions and civil society organizations
• HICD certification preferred
• Knowledge of programming in post-conflict affected countries and/or Francophone Africa
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• French language skills preferred
