Monitor and optimise the plant performance in order to meet and exceed targeted metallurgical performance
Key performance areas:
• Process Monitoring and Control
• Metallurgical Accounting
• Metallurgical Projects and Test Works
• Planning, Budget and Cost Control
• Safety, Health, Environment and Quality compliance
• Process QA / QC
• Provide metallurgical technical support to operations
• Daily, weekly and monthly reports
Minimum Requirements:
• Relevant tertiary education in Metallurgical Engineering
• 5 Years post qualification experience in Metallurgical engineering
• Must have knowledge of base metals processing plants
• Must be a Botswana citizen
