We are currently representing one of the world’s leading oil & gas solution providers in hiring two Contract Analysts to join its team.

Contracts Analyst
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:
• Draft contracts and negotiate with clients for the provision of company products and services
• Assist the Contract Manager in handling tender documents and RFQs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and reports any deviations
• Promote compliance with the Market tender procedures
• Maintain and update the CRM database
• Identify and propose improvements to existing contracting procedures
• Generate CRM and other reports on a regular basis to properly monitor active and expiring contracts
• Participate in presentations and workshops related to contracting standards, processes and reviews
• Collaborate with the Legal Department to ensure contractual risks are clear
• Support the Supply Chain team in drafting subcontracts
• Manage contracts including Post Award Contract Reviews, Mid Term Contract Reviews& CCMS Self-Assessments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Law, Finance, Contracts Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, ideally gained within the oil & gas industry, including 1+ year in the Contracts, Marketing or Legal sector
• Self-initiatives with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to travel
