Responsibilities:
• Support the Group on a wide range of legal transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and leverage transactions.
• Assist in the areas of corporate, corporate finance and fund management.
• Draft and/or review a broad range of contracts which include confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, sale and purchase agreement, joint venture agreements and financing documents, with an emphasis on real estate related transactions.
Requirements:
• Min Degree in Law
• At least 4-7 years of corporate/commercial experience in-house or in private practice, with an emphasis on merger and acquisition work, corporate finance and real estate.
• Excellent command of English with strong inter-personal and drafting skills
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage
