IT Helpdesk Administrator
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:
• Administer, monitor & manage office network systems.
• Perform installation, setup, configuration and the maintenance of desktops, servers, operating systems and other software.
• Carry out the upgrading and migration of office systems (network, servers, desktops & related equipment / software).
• Servicing of users’ requests and providing support for all in-house software requirements.
• Involve in the troubleshooting and resolving of Office servers, desktop/Laptops and retails counter problems.
• Remote support to Distribution Center if required.
• Maintain maintenance and proper records of all in-house equipment, software, incidents, etc

Requirements:
• Local ITE or Diploma in Computer Studies/Information Technology or equivalent
• Experience in desktop hardware/software troubleshooting and diagnosis
• Experience supporting end users for their daily PC usage problem
