Responsibilities:
BUSINESS ANALYST
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst within large corporations
• Graduate with a good degree
• Review existing interfaces
• Ability to gather and translate BUSINESS requirements
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Business Process Modeling tools
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Excellent organisation and coordination skills
• Ability to identify root cause of issues and propose solutions based on supporting facts/evidence/analysis
• Facilitate workshops
• Mapping current and proposed processes
• Mitigating data security risks
• Able to plan and prioritise projects workload efficiently and effectively
• Ability to handle change in dynamic environment
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Good time management skills
• Self-starter, inspiring, motivated to achieve excellence
• Ability to be an effective team player and also work independently when required
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, IT, Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain, Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
