Assistant Executive, Corporate Affairs

Spire is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Executive, Corporate Affairs for its team in Singapore.

Description:
The Corporate Affairs Unit of Spire’s Singapore office is a critical function providing support to the organization in the areas of accounting, IT, human resource and administration. You will support the Assistant Manager and Senior Manager, Group Corporate Affairs in the day-to-day operations of the Singapore office.

Job scope:
Handle all aspects of accounts/administrative duties including managing stationery and pantry supplies procurement, travel (ticket and hotel) bookings, ensure clean office environment, liaising with vendors on quotes/issues, handle calls, filing, faxing, scanning, data entry, printing cheques, matching receipts for staff claims, running errands, handling simple IT troubleshooting, installation of software, running backups, keying-in accounting data into accounting system, etc.

Requirements:
You should have at least GCE ‘O’ or “A’ level with 2 years relevant working experience or Fresh Diploma graduate in any discipline with basic accounting knowledge; have a good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, IT savvy, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. The candidate should be meticulous, hardworking, have integrity, a positive working attitude and be able to work independently as well as in a team.
