The company is a market leader in surgical products for Sports Medicine, Spine and ENT. They have created a multi-business medical device company around their platform technology — developing, manufacturing and marketing products for a variety of soft tissue surgical applications.
The role will manage Sales & Marketing activities to Sports Medicine, Spine and ENT for Singapore and the Sales of all the product lines in the market. This role will also have to manage distributors and ensure compliance to quality and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a Degree from a reputable university. Post-graduate qualifications such as an MBA will be highly desirable. He/she MUST have 5-8 years experience in Sales within the Medical Device or Surgical Instruments industry. This person MUST also have experience in leading a sales team and be a key driver of sales revenue.
