JCST is an established body tasked to oversee and manage postgraduate training programmes and training for Medical Specialists in 40 specialties and subspecialties of Medicine and Surgery.With the expansion of our organisation, we are looking for qualified people who wish to learn and be involved in the area of medical administration.
The job will add value to your knowledge and experience in management in the medical industry.
The following position is available:
Accounts Officer
Qualification:
• At least a Diploma in Accounting, LCCI, ACCA or equivalent
• Candidates with 2 years or more of working experience preferred
About the Role:
• Handle full sets of accounts (accounts payable & receivables)
• Prepare GST reports & perform bank reconciliation
• Process payments and keying in of invoices
• Prepare routine financial and management reports
• Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Working knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software
• Responsible, self-motivated with positive working attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task, work independently and meticulously under tight deadlines
