Job RequirementAdminister, monitor and prepare reports on accounts receivables (AR) collections
Responsible for AR collection in ensuring rental payments fully collected as scheduled
Negotiate with tenants on outstanding payment issues and to provide payment assistance schemes
Possess good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. An open-minded person with good experience in issues handling skills including knowledge in legal proceedings
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Accountancy with at least 3-5 years relevant experience.
