The Company:
Our client is a global organisation specialising in HVAC cooling systems for technological components. They have recently established themselves in Australia and through their technical expertise and innovation have been growing significantly within the Australian market.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for you to manage a team of up to 10 staff, mainly service technicians and may put you in a position to move up within the company. You will be responsible for the service maintenance of contracts of major clients ensuring sensitive technological components are maintained at optimal levels. Utilising your managerial skills you will be building excellent working relationships with those you manage as well as your clients in order to deliver the best servicing outcome. In addition to your HVAC duties you will be given the task of budgeting and profit and loss, keeping track of the finances and the daily running of your service team.

Selection Criteria:
• Must have experience in HVAC servicing – maintenance and upgrades
• Previous supervisory experience of an HVAC service team
• Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Good communication and people skills
