Job Summary:
The Sector Heads are responsible for the growth and relationship management of
the customer base in their respective sectors, whilst ensuring a high quality
asset base of the same.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of
the strategy and planning of financial and business growth goals for the
consumer Credit sector - Execute agreed financial and
business growth goals for the sector - Assist in new product
opportunities through local market intelligence - Identify business opportunities
and support branches to convert them to meaningful business relationships - Steer, mentor and supervise a
team of relationship managers and other staff in the sector - Actively market the bank
service capabilities and products and enhance customers relationships
outside of lending - Prepare and maintain sector /
portfolio monitoring reports and other appropriate reports
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicants for the Banking
Jobs should hold university degrees in business related fields - At least five years’ experience
in banking, three years of which must have been in consumer lending at
managerial level - Hold professional course in
banking / credit will be an added advantage - Broad knowledge, understanding
and experience in the Banking sector, especially in Credit and
Relationship management - Well-informed of the market
competitive structure, industry practices and regulations for Consumer
banking with at least two years’ experience in local environment - Excellent interpersonal and
networking skills, internally and externally - Excellent analytical,
problem-solving, decision-making and financial management skills - Customer centric disposition
- Target orientation and strong
output bias - Possess the ability to
communicate effectively both verbally and Written - Computer literacy-Word,
PowerPoint and Excel is a must - People management skills
