Bank Account Monitoring System (BAMS)
BAMS is a treasury management portal that provides a single access view for day to day management of bank accounts across different banks. The Bank Account Monitoring System is a web-based solution developed to help Finance/ Treasury Managers in their day to day management of multiple bank accounts across different banks. States and Corporate organizations utilize multiple bank accounts in several Banks for their daily financial operation, hence the need for a monitoring tool that will ensure that designated and authorized officials of the state are empowered to aggregate “scattered” accounts, have a view of the balances, perform desired analysis, move funds from one account to another, as well as make authorized payments to vendors, staff or contractors.
BAMS is the tool that will ensure that there are no bank accounts unaccounted for while also providing the capacity to generate customized reports of activities in the accounts as needed. PayChoice
PayChoice for Payment is a secure, easy to use e-Payment solution designed to automate bulk payments and salaries as well as remittances. It was developed to help state governments monitor and make a wide range of payments to any designated bank account on an end-to-end, real-time, seamless basis from the comfort of their homes or offices within or outside the country with just the click of a button.
With PayChoice for Payment, state governments and corporate organizations do not have to worry about generating manual schedules for PFAs, PFCs, banks, Tax Authorities as these are automatically sent along with the payments.
Paychoice allows for the creation of different workgroup whose processes can be uniquely defined and managed independently. States usually have different workgroups also known as pay groups with distinct authorization processes and employee management. With Paychoice robust workgroup management feature, payroll officers are able to independently and seamlessly manage the various workgroups/pay-groups and separate the user functions to perform various activities on the portal.

The application provides a quick (on-the-spot) and easy way for vehicle owners to validate their Vehicle Registration Number and their Motor Policy Number. - E-BillsPay: This is an acronym for Electronic Bills Payment which is a collection platform managed and operated by the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System Plc. (NIBSS) that accepts payments from customers via Internet Banking, Bank Branch, and USSD channels. E-BillsPay is used to facilitate the payment of different Bills, Fees, Levies, Premiums, Airtime, and Subscriptions, etc. by the banking public through electronic payment channels provided and managed by Banks.
