Kano State Command, Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, has arrested two security guards for raping a 13-year-old girl at Kumbotso, Kano State Local Government.
NSCDC Commander Abu Abdu, who confirmed the incident to newsmen, said the security guards were 56 and 65 years of age.

The perpetrators admitted that they normally cajole the little girl with N200 anytime they intend to sexually assault her, according to Abu.
Abu reiterated the devotion of the Command to reducing violence against women and child abuse in the state.
He added that the command will continue to keep an eye on motor parks, markets, and unfinished buildings where these illegal activities take place.
