TENDER TITLE: The construction works for the basketball and volleyball playground at Groupe Scolaire Ruheru and construction of metallic fence at ECD Ruheru in Ruheru Sector, Nyaruguru District Southern Province.

ActionAid Rwanda hereby invites national tenders for the construction of THE CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR THE BASKETBALL AND VOLLEYBALL PLAYGROUND AT GROUPE SCOLAIRE RUHERU AND CONSTRUCTION OF METALLIC FENCE AT ECD RUHERU IN RUHERU SECTOR, NYARUGURU DISTRICT SOUTHERN PROVINCE.
Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license.
The Tender Document may be obtained from ActionAid email: Actionaid.Rwanda@actionaid.org One day after submission of the bank slip of non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 00040-0043097-62 of ActionAid opened at Bank of Kigali. The tender document will be available from 31th March 2022 upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip
The mandatory site visit is planned on 21/04/2022 at 10:30. The visit will start from Ruheru Sector office in Nyaruguru District.
Well prepared bids will be submitted via email: ActionaidRwanda.Procurement@actionaid.org on 06/05/2022 between 9:30 to 12:30 failures to submit in the above mentioned interval of time, the bid will be rejected. The bidder with uncompleted project with ActionAid Rwanda will not be taken in consideration.
The opening of the bids will take place in a virtual session on the same day at 12:30 at the link will be submitted to those who will participate in the tender.
