Tender Notice (TN) / Invitation for Bids (IFB)

1. The Kabgay District Hospital hereinafter called ‘’Client”. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

The Kabgayi District Hospital invites eligible bidders to submit bids for Supply of Oxygen to Kabgayi District Hospital

1. as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
2. Bid Documents in English may be obtained from the E-Procurement System for Rwanda (umucyo.gov.rw) free of charge. For submission of their bids. All interested bidder must pay a non-refundable fee of five thousand Rwandan francs (5,000 Frw) on Account of Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) at any commercial bank;
3. All bids will be submitted online on 29/05/2020 at 10:00 am local time using the E-Procurement system AS -Per E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the E-Procurement system on 29/05/2020 at 10:30 am local time ;
4. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
5. All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the procurement system not later than seven (7) days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
6. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law No 62/2018 of 25/08/2018 governing public procurement
