Some Everyday habits that are ageing you

Most of the time, we ignorantly exhibit some behaviours that could age us rapidly.

Healthpally experts always emphasis the fact that we can maintain a good look even while we’re getting old without the cost of cosmetics only if we do the appropriate things.

Now, how do we avoid these silly mistakes that could age us quickly, read on and learn the tricks to reverse the ageing process? You may also have to check your daily routine.

Just like I just talked about nutrition, the foods you consume speaks of the reactions (metabolism) in your system, health and your general wellbeing.

You will be surprised that the way you rest can also influence the ageing process and make you look old.

Here, there are some habits that have the potential to quicken your ageing process and how you can correct them.

Drink Water Regularly and not when you’re thirsty

You must have heard that it’s good to take some specific litre of water, preferably a cup in the morning after leaving your bed, taking water after a few minutes after you take your meal, not taking water when you’re thirsty and also taking water at night.

It has also been proven that water without calories is a good diet drink, infact, the best and better than sports drink and if you make high calorie beverages your fav, you should raise a red flag before your body reacts to it.

Several researchers have concluded that replacing sweetened drinks with natural water can make you lose about five pounds, according to Chaktty.

Chew food slowly while eating

Unfortunately, I’m guilty of this because I love to eat hot food and also eat quickly but experts have come out clear that this habit is not good.

For example, research from the University of Rhode Island reported that women who were engaged in food competition with a pasta lunch consumed 646 calories in nine minutes while those who were eating slowly (about 30 minutes), consumed almost 70 fewer calories, they also ate less but fuller and satisfied.

Bad breath is a threat to long life

A renowned researcher from Italy recently discovered that those who consume much garlic and onions in their food have less risk of suffering from any form of cancer.

For example, if you’re taking onion in your daily diet every day, you will reduce the risk of suffering from colon cancer by at least fifty-six percent while eating lots of garlic lowers the risk by twenty-six percent.

This means that taking onion and garlic every day will drastically reduce the risk of colon cancer and other cancers in the future.

The good news is that these spices are cheap, affordable, easy to consume without any side effects and there are various ways you can take them.

Personally, I like to blend garlic and ginger and some other nutrients to make juice, keep in the refrigerator and drink.

It is important to know that researchers that have worked in this line have not yet ascertained exactly the substances that are responsible for the positive effects on cancer.

Laboratory findings suggest that the sulphur compounds that give the vegetables their bite may be the cancer fighters.

You don’t like that bite? Caramelising onions brings out their sweetness (It is used on top of grilled meat).

Also, I like to slice the Onion in every food I take. One is the good look the onion rings add to my food, also, it’s very healthy to eat an onion raw and it also strengthens our teeth and kills germs in the mouth.
