Job Title: Sales Executive
Station: Kampala
Reports to: CEO
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Directing and coordinating company sales functions.
– Developing and coordinating sales selling cycle and methodology.
– Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.
– Responsible for achieving set sales targets and quotas.
– Preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
– Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
– Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.
– Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensuring that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
– Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and activity.
Education and Qualifications:
– A business degree.
Experience:
– 3-7 years of experience in sales and have experience in achieving sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
– Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationships Management is also required.
