Job Title: Production Manager Department: Operations
Location : Kampala
Responsibilities/ Key Objectives:
– To provide leadership, motivation and manage the production team to help deliver the operations strategy while ensuring a safe working environment and maximization of the producing assets.
– Interfere with the project development teams with regards to the management of all technical interfaces ensuring resources are assigned / deployed in an optimal manner.
– Manage contracted outsourced production services.
– Report production volumes and activities.
– Accountable for field operations budgeting.
– Forecast production rates in conjunction with subsurface engineers.
Experience and Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in geosciences/engineering/project management.
– 10-15 years of overall experience in oil and gas operations with a minimum of 5 years in a production facility.
– Offshore and onshore production experience.
– Management of oil and gas production operations.
