Job Summary
- The Operations Lead, Physical Security will be responsible for providing leadership to the Guarding Business’ operations and activities nationwide
- The job holder will research and provide advice and recommendations on physical security- related matters, provide technical guidance and assistance in all aspects of physical security.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience with at least 2 years at senior management
- Experience in providing/advising on security solutions is an advantage
- Previous military experience and intelligence is an added advantage
- First Degree from any reputable tertiary institution
- Postgraduate qualification, preferably an MBA Degree
- Professional qualification in security is essential
