Headwaters Health Care Centre is a fully accredited 87 bed hospital operating within a network of health care providers. We provide acute and complex continuing care from our modern site in Orangeville, Ontario. Pharmacist
We are currently looking for a dynamic and committed Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team in our modern facility.
Backed by a BSc in Pharmacy and licensed and registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists, you are a self-motivated team player with demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills. Our pharmacists are integral members of our allied health team, working daily dispensary and clinical functions to provide optimal patient care. To be successful in this role, we require a candidate with strong critical thinking skills, effective project management ability, and the capability of thriving in both team and independent environments. A commitment to continued professional development is required, with CSHP and OPA membership preferred. Previous experience with Meditech is an asset. This is a part-time position for approximately one day a week.
