No 95 Suites is a boutique guest house nestled in the affluent Lekki Phase One at No. 95 Omorinre Johnson Street, Lagos. It is off the ever busy Admiralty Way which is famous for its bars, clubs and supermarket. This guest house offers outstanding services and facilities. It specialises in creating a homely atmosphere for its guests and maintains this through an excellent customer service.
This homely and exquisite furnished Guesthouse boasts a friendly atmosphere. Each room is equipped with excellent modern facilities which include: an en-suite bathroom, 32/42 inch flat screen TV with DSTV connection, comfortable sofas, chairs and stool, air conditioner, Internet access and access to an additional lounge. Some guest rooms have additional features such as dining table and chair, fridge, fully equipped kitchenette with mod cons and cooking utensils, sitting room, washing machine and an en-suite shower cubicle with power shower. These guest rooms are categorised into: Standard Bedroom, Executive Bedroom, Suite, One Bedroom Suite, Two Bedroom Suite/Apartment and Three Bedroom Apartment. No 95 Suites also offers short let and self-catering service for guest.
It renders additional services such as four lounge bars suitable for relaxation, access to the games’ lounge, fitness centre and steam room, free parking space, continental dishes from the on-site restaurant.
No 95 Suites offers special services with extra charge such as: airport drop off/ pick up, laundry and maid services.
One of our unique selling points is that we run a service where guests may stay on a “short let” basis, self catering is optional, this applies to bookings of a minimum of 28 days and suits those that do not wish to pay the daily rates due to the nature of their longer stay.
This also suits couples, Families, groups or those that seek complete privacy afforded by a self contained unit.

SOME IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Check in 14:00pm, check out 12:00:pm (early check-in or late check-out requests should be made to the hotel)
- All bookings remain provisional until a 10% deposit is received, we operate a “first pay first serve” policy.
- Complimentary buffet breakfast is for one person per room, additional person will be charged N1500.
- Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made, latest 24hrs before check in (2pm) otherwise the lesser of one day’s lodging or 10% of the total lodging will be chargeable.
- Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 10.
- Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
