A Nigerian soldier has been detained after realizing a viral video attacking the army chief and other security chiefs.
In the video, for not acting to stop the incessant killings of Nigerians by terrorists and armed bandits, Lance Corporal Martins berated the Chief of Army Staff, Lt . Gen. Tukur Buratai and other security chiefs in the country.
Lance Corporal Martins said in the lengthy video that the security chiefs disappointed Nigerians. He criticized the Chiefs of Security , especially Buratai, and the Chief of Defense Staff, General Abayomi Gabriel Olonisakin, for lack of commitment to putting the terrorists and armed bandits activities to end leading to the incessant killing of Nigerians.
He claimed the military had ordered the unlawful detention of some soldiers, who requested better arms and ammunition in the country to fight Boko Haram and other terrorist groups.
He acknowledged that he might be arrested for the video and probably killed but said he was willing to sacrifice himself for the country.
