INTRODUCTION
The Lagos State Government (LASG) is desirous of providing rural electrification in identified communities to enhance rapid growth and development, improve the socio-economic activities of the people, enhance small scale industries and commercial activities, improve security of lives and properties especially at night, reduce rural-urban migration and reduce the burning of fossil fuel which create green-house gases that enhance climate change amongst others. The Lagos State Government intend to apply part of its Y2020 capital budget for provision of electricity in the locations listed below
