Bid conditions
Deadline Offers must be returned in sealed envelopes with our technical descriptions and specifications by Friday, 08-11-2019 at the latest to the following address:
Médecins Sans Frontières-OCA (MSF), House 11, First Avenue, Gwarinpa, Abuja
Any offer returned after the deadline will not be considered.
Reception
The envelopes will be opened in the presence of MSF (Deputy) Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, Head of Mission, and representatives of the supplier at 0900 Saturday,09-11-2019 in the MSF office at House 11, First Avenue, Gwarinpa, Abuja. The representatives must leave immediately after the opening of the envelopes and have no right to influence MSF OCA’s decision in any way.
Validity
We agree to retain these offers for two months starting from the day of receipt of the offer. The offer is thus valid and may be accepted at any time before the end of the period mentioned above.
Assessment
MSF is under no obligation to accept all the optional equipment specified in the list of technical characteristics.
Completion date
Completion of all works outlined within this call for tender must be completed by Saturday, 28-12-2019.
Should delivery exceed above mentioned date, the supplier shall pay to the purchaser a penalty of 0.1% of the total purchase amount for each day of delay.
