Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
-Deliver full recruitment services including front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employee offers.
-Provide coaching and resources to employees and managers with respect to career development, compensation, staffing initiatives, performance management and employee relations.
-Assist in the development and implementation of programs that will drive increased employee satisfaction and commitment levels.
-Assist in compiling relative HR metrics, analyzing, reporting and identifying trends with recommendations provided.

Marketing Manager position:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Develop and maintain a consistent corporate image across all media
-Find/source/create new marketing initiatives and develop marketing strategies
-Effectively attract prospective tenants by continually refining market strategies
-Support the retention of high-value tenants
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as BBB, Covenant House, Value
Added Partners
-Sales training
-Effectively manage marketing budget
-Act as a resource to Property Managers in the operation of their buildings
-Manage and provide direction for Marketing Assistant
-Web design and advertising – Website, Craigslist, Social Media
-Develop web video, 360-degree views, furnished suite photos
-Create and coordinate print advertising
-Design, write and produce monthly staff newsletters
Qualifications:
-5-7 years experience in a Marketing Manager role implementing strategic marketing strategies with numerous stakeholders
-University degree in business communications or related field
-Real estate or property management experience preferred
-Exemplary English verbal and written communication skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a wide range of teams
-Highly organized, able to balance priorities and meet deadlines
-Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Considerable experience providing sales training to large groups
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Publisher & Illustrator
-Significant experience with a wide range of social media platforms
-Experience with online tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Ad Words
