IT Service Desk Executive Job Vacancy in Singapore

Responsibilities:

DESIRABLE SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with current help desk software and hardware technologies
• Familiar with service request Management
• Familiar with Remedy 7.x
• Knowledge of Contact Centre environment.

Requirements:
• Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a relevant certificate course and/or relevant experience in Information Technology service delivery.
• Up to 2 years experience in providing Help Desk services.
• Previous experience in customer service support.
